Conduct rules have been amended for the better performance of the teachers to achieve good results. A system of incentives for good performance and punishment for bad performance has been introduced. |
Up gradation of Schools |
The Society has adopted a novel pattern of integrating the school education and intermediate education in the same institution. This has given a provision of intermediate education to a large number of students without any extra expense. |
Catering, Sweeping & Sanitation contracts |
The Society has decided not to make recruitment to Class IV employees in future and to privatize the catering services. So far, catering has been privatized in 110 institutions thereby 880 class IV vacant posts have been abolished. |
The catering system is functioning well and there is an improvement in the quality of food served. The Principals have been also relieved of a considerable workload and they can concentrate more on the academic side. Scavenging contract has been introduced in 58 schools. |
Career guidance for students |
A database of students leaving TGSWR Institutions is planned and under the process of development. The students leaving the institutions are given career guidance and counseling with the pool of qualified and trained Librarians. |
